1. All players must have an admission ticket in order to play bingo and it must be on display at all times.

2. No bingos will be accepted after the call back has started. Caller will ask three (3) times “Are there any other bingos”; then game is closed.

3. Positively no cheques cashed.

4. In case of multiple winners, a minimum of $8.00 on gold cards and $4.00 on good neighbor cards will be paid.

5. Bingo workers are volunteers working for you and the West Hillhurst Go-Getters Association.

6. Gold applies to Regular Bingo Program (6-page booklet) games only.

7. Unrestricted exchange on Bonanza tickets at $0.50 each and must be exchanged by 2:15 pm. Caller will make announcement to remind people of cut off.

8. All monies derived from Wednesday afternoon bingo are used to maintain our seniors’ programs.

9. If, at the start of bingo there are less than fifteen (15) in attendance, the bingo will be cancelled.

10. No one under the age of eighteen (18) is allowed to play bingo.

11. Declared bingos are verified by a Bingo Verifier.

12. Payout on Shaded / Unshaded game: cost is $1.00 per 3 up sheet. Pot will only be paid on shaded area. Call starts at 18 numbers and progresses by 1 number each week until the pot is won or capped.  Pot will be paid out a minimum of once annually, capped @ $1,500.00, then paid out after 2 more weeks of play.

13. Early Bird Shaded/Unshaded Progressive game: 60% of early bird ticket sales for each event is paid out – ½ of which goes to the Pot and 1/2 of which is paid out as a consolation prize at each event.

14. Pot of Gold: Cost is $1.00 per sheet and pot will be paid on shaded Pot of Gold number. If Bingo is on a Pot number, pot total is paid. If not on pot number, 30% of sales is paid out.  Game progresses until the pot is won.  Pot will be paid out a minimum of once annually, capped @ $1,500.00.  It is then paid out after 2 more weeks of play.

15. Loonie Pot is valid on Regular games only (on both Gold cards and Good Neighbor cards). Cost to participate is $1.00 and the caller draws the number before regular games begin. Prize is 65% of the pot and is determined by the number of players that purchase the pot x 65%.  If there is no winner, pot will be carried over to next event.  Pot will be capped at $500.00.  If it is not won on games 1 to 19 on the regular program, it will be given to the winner of game 20 (4 corner stamps) of the regular program if they have purchased the pot.

16. Once column payout is determined for game 1 of the regular program, no further calculation will take place.

17. Two Bingo games can be won at the same time without an additional number being called.

Good neighbor cards are free and are given to the neighbors that help verify each Bingo.  They can be played on any one series of the regular games.  Please keep them face down unless you are playing them.
